Frontal Hair Restoration for Norwood Class 5 Patient

A 35-year-old male with significant hair loss, Norwood Hair Loss Scale 5. The patient’s donor hair on the sides and the back was very good, with good density and hair shaft volume. After consulting with Dr. Vories, he elected to treat the front half of his scalp and restore his hairline to reframe his face. He decided to decide on hair transplant surgery for the crown later.

Dr. Vories harvested 2,500 grafts via FUE harvesting, which restored his hairline and more youthful appearance. The after photos were taken at his 12-month follow-up appointment with Dr. Vories. He is also taking oral finasteride, and his hair loss is currently stable.
