FUE Hair Transplant Results at 6-Months Post-Op

Seeing our patients during their follow-up appointments at 6 and 12 months is always exciting. The change in a patient’s appearance and self-image can be transformative. With all patients, we work hard to match their expectations with the appropriate timeline for healing and hair growth. That being said, the human body has variables and sometimes we are pleasantly surprised when things progress even faster than we anticipated.

This is a 60-year-old male patient who returned to our office six months after receiving 2000 FUE grafts to his frontal forelock/hairline. His hair growth was already excellent, and we expect more hair over the next six months. Due to his hair loss being stable, Dr. Vories did not prescribe hair loss maintenance medication like finasteride.
